Eleni Kouimelis, a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP and former assistant regional counsel with USEPA, has provided compliance and litigation counseling in all environmental media and environmental counseling in corporate and real estate transactions. Ms. Kouimelis is a 1985 graduate of Loyola University School of Law in Chicago where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois in 1982.
