Dusty Philips is global co-head of theIndustrials Group. Previously, he wasco-head of Mergers & Acquisitions in the Americas. Dusty has been involved in many of thelargest public company M&A transactions for the firm. He joined Goldman Sachs in the Mergers andAcquisitions Department in 1991 after receiving an MBA from the Tuck School atDartmouth. Dusty was promoted toManaging Director in 1999 and Partner in 2000. Dusty was named top Industrials M&A“Rainmaker” and one of the Top 50 M&A “Rainmakers” on Wall Street byDealmaker Magazine in 2007.
