Dror Futter is a partner in the New Jersey office of SorinRand LLP. He advises emerging companies both on their financing and M&A transactions,  as well as their IT and IP transactions. Dror was previously General Counsel to Vidyo, Inc. a venture-backed videoconferencing company and General Counsel to New Venture Partners LLC, a VC firm specializing  in corporate spinouts.

Dror was the co-founding chair of the PLI Venture Capital Law program and has spoken on VC financing terms multiple times as part of this program and others. He has participated in the NVCA model form drafting group and before returning to private practice, we active in the Association of Corporate Counsel.
