Douglas P. Dick is a partner in the Financial Services Group of Dechert LLP. His practice includes advising registered open- and closed-end investment companies, independent investment company trustees, offshore funds and registered investment advisers in regulatory, corporate, and business matters. Mr. Dick graduated from The American University (B.A., cum laude, 1990) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., cum laude, 1995).
