Donald Baker focuses on a broad range of corporate and corporate finance transactions in Brazil and elsewhere in Latin America. His practice involves cross-border offerings of debt and equity securities, and he is also regularly engaged in syndicated lending, and structured and project finance transactions. He also has significant experience in cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures.
Mr. Baker, who relocated to São Paulo in 1997 to open the Firm's office, also heads the Firm's practice in Latin America.
Mr. Baker received his J.D. magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. He is a member of the Bar Associations of the States of New York and Florida.
