Don Leatherman is the W. Allen Separk Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law. He writes and speaks frequently on federal income tax issues, including issues related to C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and consolidated groups. He is a past chair of the Affiliated and Related Corporations Committee of the tax section of the American Bar Association. He is a co-author with Howard Abrams and Richard Doernberg of the fourth edition of Federal Income Taxation of Corporations and Partnerships.
