David Wolin is a partner in Skadden’s Real Estate Group. Mr. Wolin has extensive experience in the area of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and commercial real estate CDOs, representing major commercial and investment banks and issuers in public and private transactions involving both single borrower/single property, floating rate and conduit transactions. He has extensive experience representing borrowers, lenders, servicers and investors in connection with commercial loan structuring, including loan participations, A/B notes, mezzanine loans and intercreditor arrangements. He also represents, lenders, investors, servicers and borrowers in connection with commercial loan workouts and foreclosures.
Mr. Wolin has lectured at numerous industry conferences in the United States, Europe and Canada. His pro bono and community involvement has included the representation of Habitat for Humanity International in connection with its mortgage loan financing program and other matters.
