David M. Linder is a partner in Dechert’s finance and real estate group. He focuses his practice on commercial mortgage lending and restructurings. Mr. Linder has significant experience in the commercial mortgage capital markets, both as a lawyer and as a large loan banker. Mr. Linder rejoined Dechert after leaving in 1998 to work at Capital America, where he was a director.
Mr. Linder is a member of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
