 David K. Boston is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York and co-chair of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Boston provides general corporate advice to both public and private companies, and concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and Rule 144A offerings of debt and equity securities, and private equity transactions. He joined Willkie Farr in 1991 after graduating from Columbia Law School.
