David F. Freeman, Jr. is a partner in the Financial Services Group of Arnold & Porter, LLP, based in Washington, D.C. His practice includes representing broker-dealers, investment managers, trust companies, banks and other financial institutions on regulatory, product, transactional, legislative and litigation matters. Mr. Freeman has authored a variety of books and articles on securities and bank regulatory issues. He received his J.D. and MBA from the University of Virginia, and is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars.
