David A. Goldberg is a shareholder in the real estate finance practice group of the Financial Services Department of Polsinelli Shughart PC and works in the Firm's office in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Goldberg has over 30 years of extensive experience in the areas of financial services and real estate lending law. On a national level, Mr. Goldberg represents numerous banks and investment banks. On a regional level, he also represents community and regional-based lending institutions. In addition to loan origination work (including both CMBS and portfolio loans), Mr. Goldberg handles other complex loan documentation, loan enforcement, loan workout matters, loan purchase transactions, discounted payoff transactions, deed in lieu transactions and the leasing and sale of REO properties.
