Daniel I. Gordon was appointed Associate Dean for Government Procurement Law at the George Washington University Law School, effective January 1, 2012. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy, a position to which he was nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate in 2009. As the Administrator, Mr. Gordon was responsible for developing and implementing acquisition policies supporting over $500 billion in spending by the United States government each year.
