Daniel H. Burch is CEO and co-founder in 1990 of MacKenzie Partners, Inc. In his role as advisor to issuers and investors he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and campaigns for clients involved in proxy contests, tender offers, mergers, financial restructurings and other complex corporate transactions. Mr. Burch has over 35 years of experience in the proxy/M&A industry and led his client's campaigns in most of the largest tender offers and proxy contests since the early 1970's. His former experience also includes serving as director of corporate development at Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO) in the early 80's and as a senior executive at D.F. King, one of the original proxy solicitation firms for nearly 15 years leaving there in 1990 as Senior Vice President.
Mr. Burch is a member of NIRI and Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
Mr. Burch received his B.S. Accounting from Lehigh University.
