Dana Hayter is Director of Licensing for Intel. In this role he manages the Intel Licensing and Patent Acquisitions Group and is responsible for Intel's worldwide patent transactions, including licenses, cross-licenses, acquisitions and sales, as well as related company IP strategy and related aspects of M&A.
Before working for Intel, Mr. Hayter served in the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division and worked in private practice, where he focused on Intellectual Property and Antitrust matters.
