Christy Loebach is a Senior Manager in the Chicago office of KPMG's Economic and Valuations Services practice. She has more than nine years of public accounting experience with a specialization in performing business enterprise valuations and intangible asset valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes. Prior to specializing in valuation services, she was a Manager in the New York Mergers and Acquisition's Tax practice.

Christy has experience valuing equity, partnership interests, and intangible assets of privately-held and publicly-traded companies, with a specialization in the consumer and industrial markets. These valuations were performed for a variety of purposes, including for tax planning (e.g., section 338 elections, etc.) and/or financial reporting (e.g., IFRS 3, SFAS 141, SFAS 142, etc) as well as mergers and acquisitions and litigation support.
