Christopher P. Godziela
I have been with Alcatel-Lucent or its predecessor Lucent Technologies in Murray Hill, New Jersey since 2002. My current focus is on resolution of intellectual property disputes through negotiation, litigation and arbitration. I also have also worked on patent licensing matters.
From 1995 to 2002 I was with AT&T Corp. in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, where I worked on litigations matters involving patents and other intellectual property.
From 1988 to 1995 I was an associate with Fish & Neave in New York, where I worked on intellectual property litigation and some patent prosecution.
I am a member of the bar of the state of New York, and various federal courts. I am also a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
I received a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 1988. I received a B.A. in Physics from University of Chicago in 1985.
