Christopher Hanewicz also is a partner in the law firm of Perkins Coie, and has similarly focused his practice on patent litigation, managing cases across a wide range of industries from sporting goods to disk drives to a method of genotyping the hepatitis C virus. Mr. Hanewicz has experience across all of the major patent dockets, including extensive trial experience in the Western District of Wisconsin's "rocket docket." He has gained substantial expertise in managing damages issues tied to patent litigation, and has previously taught CLE courses on how to prosecute and defend lost profits and reasonable royalty cases.
