Christine Abuel Pompa's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, opinion counseling, and patent prosecution. She has worked with clients in various technical fields including food processing, agricultural technology, telecommunications, automotive technology, and computer software.

Ms. Pompa has also represented pro bono clients in guardianship proceedings and in civil actions through the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. She serves on the firm's Diversity Committee. Ms. Pompa earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2004. While in law school, she represented the College of Law in the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition. In 2004, she won First Place at the National Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition at Whittier Law School, where she argued before several California Appellate Court Justices. Ms. Pompa also won three CALI awards in Legal Writing, Contracts, and Cyberlaw.

Ms. Pompa was selected for inclusion in Illinois Super Lawyers - Rising Stars from 2010 through 2012, recognizing the state's top up-and-coming lawyers.
