Charles E. Joern, Jr. has focused his practice on product liability and commercial litigation for over twenty-five years. During that time, he has successfully represented a number of major corporations in high-value cases. He has served as lead trial counsel in significant product liability cases, obtaining favorable results at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Joern has wide-ranging experience representing various manufacturers of tires, firearms, cardiac pacers, chemicals, prescription drugs, and other products. He has also focused in the area of consumer product safety laws. In particular, Mr. Joern counsels clients on the application of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, including product recalls and related regulatory practice.
