Charlene M. Yaneza is Senior Counsel and Vice President at BMO Financial Group. Ms. Yaneza is responsible for supporting Personal & Commercial (US), the retail banking line of business in the United States, on litigation related matters. Prior to joining BMO, she practiced at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, focusing on consumer fraud, lender liability, and class action litigation, as well as internal investigations. She has a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
