Catherine Dargan is Co-Chair of Covington's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. She has broad experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, related securities, finance and advisory work, product acquisitions and divestitures, and joint ventures and strategic partnering arrangements. Ms. Dargan regularly counsels both Fortune 500 companies and smaller growth companies on their important strategic transactions, including complex deals involving significant intellectual property and regulatory considerations. She also regularly advises clients on a variety of commercial arrangements relating to manufacturing, supply, and distribution of core products.

Ms. Dargan attended Stanford University and graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to the bars of the State of California and the District of Columbia.
