Carolyn P. Osolinik is a partner based in Mayer Brown LLP’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of the firm’s Government Relations practice and also serves on the firm’s Committee on Diversity and Inclusion. As part of her practice, she represents clients before the U.S. Congress and federal agencies and counsels clients on compliance with employment and civil rights laws. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Carolyn served as Counsel (1981–84) and Chief Counsel (1984–92) to Senator Edward M. Kennedy, U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee; Trial Attorney in the Land and Natural Resources Division, U.S. Department of Justice (1979–81); and Staff Attorney in the Office of the Solicitor, U.S. Department of the Interior (1977–79).
