I currently work for the media division of Yahoo, where I specialize on matters concerning the sports, entertainment, and games divisions of the Company. I cover licensing transactions, original content production, and reviews of investigative articles, as well as advising the company about contractual issues generally. Prior to working at Yahoo I was senior counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where I focused on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
