Bryan C. Skarlatos

Mr. Skarlatos is an Adjunct Professor at the NYU School of Law where he teaches a course on Tax Penalties and Prosecutions and he has taught several courses to the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, IRS Estate and Gift Tax Examiners and the IRS Criminal Investigation Division.
