Brian K. Fitzpatrick is a Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation at their Headquarters in Washington, DC. SSA Fitzpatrick is a Supervisor in the Public Corruption Unit, and served as the National Director of the FBI's Campaign Finance Fraud and Elections Crimes Program. SSA Fitzpatrick was previously assigned to the FBI's New York City Field Office, where he was the lead case agent on what the New York Daily News and the United States Attorney identified as the most significant political corruption takedown in New York City in over two decades. SSA Fitzpatrick is cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in both the EDVA and the EDPA, and he is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He graduated with honors from the Penn State University Law School, where he was the Managing Editor of the Penn State Law Review. SSA Fitzpatrick graduated first in his class in academics at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
