Brian Davis is a Real Estate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mr. Davis represents and counsels clients in a broad range of real estate joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, structured finance and distressed debt and equity investments. Mr. Davis actively represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and/or development of industrial, retail, hotel, office and multi-family properties. Mr. Davis is a frequent speaker and lecturer on distressed debt and equity investments and opportunistic development. Mr Davis is also an adjunct professor at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. He received a B.U.P.D. in urban planning and development and a B.S. in economics from Ball State University, and a J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
