Bartholomew A. Sheehan, III is a partner in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP. Mr. Sheehan focuses on the representation of issuers and underwriters of publicly and privately offered debt and equity securities, with an emphasis on companies in the energy and real estate industries, particularly real estate investment trusts.
