Audrey Nacamuli Charling is a Senior Tax Counsel at General Electric Corporation. She joined GE in February of 2006.
Before joining GE, Audrey was an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Tax Legislative Counsel at the Treasury Department for almost five years. In that role, she focused on corporate tax and consolidated return matters.
Before joining the Treasury Department, Audrey was a senior manager at KPMG LLP, where she was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of the National Tax Department in Washington, D.C. Before joining KPMG, Audrey was an associate at McKee Nelson in Washington, DC, and Foley, Hoag & Eliot in Boston, MA. In addition, Audrey served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cornelia G. Kennedy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Audrey received her B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University.
