Mr. Cantor has practiced antitrust law and franchise law for over 30 years. He is a past Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section's Franchising and Distribution Committee, and has written and spoken frequently on antitrust and franchising matters.
Before he entered private practice, Mr. Cantor held several positions in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as a trial attorney and appellate attorney, and for three years as Special Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Division.
