Arielle Krause is Vice President and Tax Counsel at GE Energy Financial Services.
In her current role, Arielle administers tax planning functions and determines tax consequences of financing and investments for a business with a $19B global energy portfolio. Prior to joining GE, Arielle worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in the National Tax Services office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Tax Planning group of Bingham McCutchen and McKee Nelson. Arielle has been published in the Journal of Taxation, Tax Management Real Estate Journal and the Tax Adviser.
Arielle received a B.A., with honors in History, from Brown University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and an LL.M, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center. Arielle is a member of the Tax Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
