Anthony has closed transactions in New York, Florida and throughout the United States involving loan and property portfolios and trophy properties such as major Manhattan office buildings at 1211 Avenue of the Americas and 717 Fifth Avenue, The Watergate Hotel, The Boca Resort & Beach Club, and shopping centers such as The Palisades Center in New York, Riverside Square Mall in New Jersey and The Palm Desert Center in California. His clients include private equity and opportunity funds, global investment banks, REITs, real estate pension fund advisors and closely held owner operators.
Anthony has represented owners and their representatives in a broad range of leasing and asset management matters throughout the United States. Anthony has handled office and retail leasing transactions involving more than 5 million square feet of space in Manhattan, Washington, D.C., Boston and other major markets. His clients have included Blackstone Real Estate Advisors, Walton Street Capital, Starwood Capital, Heitman Financial and JMB Realty Corporation.
