Ann Beth Stebbins

 Ann Beth Stebbins is a corporate partner in Skadden’s New York office who concentrates primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Stebbins spent eight years in the firm’s London office and has been involved in a variety of cross-border transactions representing acquirors, targets and financial advisors.

Ms. Stebbins lectures and participates in seminars on topics related to her practice. In 2012, she was recognized as one of five “Outstanding Women Leaders” by Georgetown University Law Center. She also has been named as a “Woman Dealmaker of the Year” by The M&A Advisor.
