Angelo J. Bufalino has been practicing intellectual property law for over 32 years. He counsels clients in patent, trademark and copyright matters, including patent and trademark prosecution and related licensing matters, and patent validity and infringement studies, and has extensive, worldwide experience in prosecuting patents and trademarks. He has appeared in US federal district and appellate court litigation relating to products in various industries and technologies, in inter partes proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Offi ce and in proceedings before the US Patent Office Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. He has been involved in approximately 25 patent litigation trials as well as an equal number of copyright and trademark infringement actions. Mr. Bufalino serves a diverse range of clients with an emphasis on electrical and mechanical technology and consumer products.
Mr. Bufalino received his J.D. from Loyola University in 1979 and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1976.
