Angela D'Amato is Deputy General Counsel at Comcast Corporation. She is a compliance and ethics attorney and assists the Chief Compliance Officer with the company's compliance program. Angela also provides legal guidance to the government affairs compliance team on all matters affecting Comcast's domestic political activities compliance program. Previously, she was a Corporate Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York, a Business and Finance Associate at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia, and a Broker-Dealer compliance attorney at The Vanguard Group, where she also addressed certain political activities compliance matters. She is a graduate of Rutgers College and Cornell Law School.
