Andrew Worseck is an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Constitutional and Commercial Litigation Division of the City of Chicago Law Department. His practice focuses on defending Chicago ordinances and policies against constitutional and other challenges. These include First Amendment challenges to the regulation of public assemblies, and Second Amendment challenges to gun control laws. He previously clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Suzanne B. Conlon in Chicago, was an associate at Mayer Brown, LLP, and received the Chicago Bar Association's Exceptional Young Lawyer Award. He received his J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served on the Law Review editorial board. He received his B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago.
