Andrew Tuft is the Staff Attorney in the State Bar of California's Office of Professional Competence. He is staff counsel to the State Bar's Standing Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct and supervises the paralegal staff who provide callers with research assistance and guidance for the State Bar's Ethics Hotline. Andrew obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and two bachelor degrees in English and Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Prior to his employment at the State Bar of California, Andrew worked in the Professional Liability practice group at Cooper, White and Cooper, LLP.
