Andrew J. Donohue was the Director of the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from May 2006 to November 2010.  Prior to joining the SEC staff, Mr. Donohue held several positions including Global General Counsel for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Director, and member of the Executive Committee for OppenheimerFunds, Inc. Mr. Donohue has been associated with the investment management industry for over 35 years. Mr. Donohue earned his JD from New York University School of Law and his BA, cum laude, with high honors in Economics from Hofstra University.
