Amii Barnard-Bahn currently serves as the Compliance & Ethics Officer for McKesson U.S. Pharmaceutical, headquartered in San Francisco. McKesson, a Fortune 14 company, is the largest pharmaceutical distributor in North America, distributing one-third of the medicines used every day.
Amii has over 15 years of combined legal, ethics/compliance and human resources management expertise. Formerly a business and employment litigator, her experience includes ethics & compliance program implementation, internal investigations, human resources consulting, corporate policy governance, and Congressional lobbying and legislative analysis. In collaboration with other business functions, she designs and implements values-based ethics and compliance solutions that effectively manage business risk and drive a self-governing performance culture.
Prior to McKesson, Amii founded ethics programs at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, two member companies of the Allianz SE, a Fortune 20 global financial services group.
Amii is an honors graduate of both Georgetown University Law Center and Tufts University. She is a member of the Ethics & Compliance Officers Association, Bay Area Ethics & Compliance Association, and has been a member of the California State Bar since 1992. Amii lives in Kensington, California with her husband and two daughters.
