Alison Cohen is Executive Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for FilmNation Entertainment, a leading independent foreign sales and production company headed by international distribution guru Glen Basner. Prior to joining FilmNation, Mrs. Cohen was a partner of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, P.C. and Epstein, Levinsohn, Bodine, Hurwitz & Weinstein, LLP, two pre-eminent entertainment law firms based in New York. During her thirteen years in private practice, Mrs. Cohen represented the specialty divisions of several studios as well as independent film producers, production companies, film funds, and individual financiers. Mrs. Cohen received her JD as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia University of Law.
