Aaron Agenbroad is a Partner in the San Francisco office of Jones Day. His practice includes all aspects of labor and employment law, with a focus on representing corporate clients in complex labor and employment disputes. He has litigated a number of California wage and hour class actions and FLSA collective actions and has represented employers in discrimination cases brought under both federal and state law. Recent experience includes his resolution of three statewide wage and hour class actions on behalf of Chevron Stations, Inc. In his traditional labor work, Aaron has represented management in labor arbitrations in a variety of industries and has led and assisted with collective bargaining negotiations. Aaron in s 1997 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and is admitted in California, the District of Columbia and Maryland.
