Suzanne L. Cartledge is Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel at John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.), a subsidiary of Manulife Financial Corporation. She provides counsel to several business units within the Investment Division including the Real Estate Finance Group and Corporate Real Estate on a wide array of debt investments, workouts, restructures and corporate matters.
Ms. Cartledge has worked in commercial real estate since 1997 and is experienced in commercial real estate finance, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and enforcement proceedings.
Before joining John Hancock in 2006, Ms. Cartledge was in private practice. Ms. Cartledge received a B.A. from Hofstra University and a J.D from Villanova University School of Law. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
