Stephen Kitzinger is a Senior Counsel in the General Litigation division of the New York City Law Department. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1993.
Stephen joined the Law Department in 1997, where he practiced bankruptcy law until 1999, at which time he transferred to the General Litigation division. Prior to joining the Law Department, Stephen clerked for a bankruptcy judge and was in private practice in New Jersey.
