Rick Kulevich is Assistant General Counsel, Senior Director -- Ethics and Compliance at CDW Corporation, ranked no. 270 on the FORTUNE 500 list of America's top companies and a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education. In this role, Kulevich is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of CDW's ethics and compliance program and its enterprise risk management program. Additionally, Kulevich acts as primary legal counsel to the Company's public sector business segment. Prior to joining CDW in July 2006, Kulevich served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, Associate General Counsel of Aon Corporation (2003 to 2006). Prior to Aon Corporation (1991 to 2003), Kulevich was with Sears, Roebuck and Co. in a number of positions with increasing responsibilities, ending with Assistant General Counsel, Compliance.
Kulevich is a 1993 graduate of The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL and a 1987 graduate of West Liberty State College in West Liberty, WV, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing. He is a member of the Compliance and Ethics Leadership Council, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics ("SCCE"). Kulevich is a regular speaker at the Practicing Law Institute's annual Corporate Compliance Institute and is also on the editorial board of the SCCE's bi-monthly journal.
