Craig C. Martin is a partner at Jenner & Block and is co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, chair of the firm’s ERISA Litigation Practice, a member of its Business Litigation Practice, and a member of the Policy Committee. Mr. Martin represents Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation and provides counseling on the entire spectrum of corporate issues, including shareholder rights, securities, internal investigations, and insurance coverage. Mr. Martin received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Martin is a member of the board of directors of the Chicago Boys & Girls Clubs and the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
