Patricia Anne Kuhn is a Managing Director in the Legal & Compliance Department at BlackRock, Inc. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act applicable to defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans.
Prior to BlackRock, Inc. Ms. Kuhn was counsel at Shearman & Sterling in the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Group. She advised clients on issues arising under Title I and Title IV of ERISA.
