Mike Holston is executive vice president and general counsel for HP. In addition to managing HP's global legal function, he manages HP's ethics & compliance, privacy and government affairs functions and the HP Company Foundation. Holston also runs HP's intellectual property licensing business.
Mike is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, serving as a prosecutor in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
