Clifford Harris is the Vice-President, Law - Programming at Cablevision. In that role, Mr. Harris is the primary lawyer responsible for negotiating and drafting all of Cablevision's content agreements. Mr. Harris also advises the business on programming-related regulatory matters, such as retransmission consent, must-carry, program access and program carriage, and copyright issues, including issues relating to the development of new products, such as Cablevision's revolutionary RS-DVR and iPad App. Prior to working at Cablevision, Mr. Harris was General Counsel at WOTN, LLC, a start-up risk-management software company. Mr. Harris graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992, magna cum laude, order of the coif, and was Note Editor of the Michigan Law Review from 1991-1992.
